History & Magic:
Aboriginal Australians used Eucalyptus for treating wounds, infections, respiratory diseases, and inflammation. Aboriginals have used the plant for generations, not only for medicinal uses, but also to seek shelter and make weapons. These generations learned to live in harmony with nature and thus, understand how to care for the land and each other as one. For some Aboriginals, the Eucalyptus tree is considered a holy tree, representing the division between the underworld, Earth, and heaven. When burnt, the leaves cleanse negative energy from the space and allows room for purification. Aboriginals also use dried Eucalyptus leaves to steep in water for drinking tea and inhalation steams.
Flower Essence:
Eucalyptus flower essence taps into the heart chakra to support tranquility and balance. It encourages spiritual and emotional healing through deep breathing and release. Eucalyptus can be especially powerful to heal stored-up trauma, as well as, reminding city dwellers to slow down and breath.
